“Agency heartbeat, creative workshops, fuck-up talks, job exchange or agency pitches. 2019 was not only the premiere for the BrandEx Festival, but also for the FRESH concept. For the first time, there was an area completely dedicated to young talent! And although they were enthusiastic around the clock, there was a problem: Most of the audience were over 30. Hence my wish to all BrandEx friends, lecturers, CDs and agency bosses: Do even more advertising at your universities and in the agencies.
