Concept Summary

Best Execution Event Proske orchestrated DSM and Firmenich's internal merger celebrations for 30,000 global employees with a focus on employee bonding and communication of the new brand, values and business strategy. We applied a hybrid event concept involving local celebrations, a 9-hour live TV broadcast, and a central digital platform. The project's remarkable aspects include its vast global scale and tight timeline, necessitating seamless collaboration with external partners. We had to plan the event without a defined event date but with a contracted lead time of 5 weeks from date confirmation. During the event planning, the new brand was developed externally, whose unveil was one of the key elements of the event. With strategic and brand independent preparation of concept and visuals we managed to execute the transformation of 260 offices world-wide the night before the event, the setup of an immersive digital event platform as long-term brand experience center, a 9-hour TV broadcast, streamed via the platform, and the coordination of local live celebrations world-wide, within the given lead time. Flexibility was key throughout the entire event phase, even in the broadcast program where live-edited video content enriched the global audience's experience with real-time updates.
