Concept Summary

RMA, more than an employer in the region. A second-generation family-run company with first class products worldwide and highly qualified employees. RMA was keen not only to celebrate the anniversary in a small circle, but also to organize an entire weekend with various occasions for different target groups. One of the central and recurring elements was the ball of the Ball Valves. The dimension, the vertical range of manufacture and the filigree work on this heavy product makes it special – for RMA as well as for us. It became a round thing. The ceremony on Friday was for a small invited circle from politics and economy. A hall in the Kehl factory was converted into a high-quality gala location. A regional menu with coffee bar and sweet table, furniture by Vitra and USM, the speech of the former Federal Chancellor Gerhard Schröder as well as tables built from steel balls and custom-made glass plates were among the highlights. On Saturday, the focus was on the workforce. An appreciative event in a relaxed atmosphere, without a fixed programme was desired. It became a rushing celebration with a loosening up catering concept. A round arched tent with terrace, central stage for the band, sand & paint animation with a tailor-made history show and the fireworks as an emotional conclusion will never be forgotten by the employees. The public was invited on Sunday to take a look behind the scenes on Open Day - with a celebration for everyone and detailed insights into the production and value chain. The huge video installation in the forge was one of the highlights - it showed a cut together with of the patented press process with the impressive 2500 tons press pressure.
