Profile
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in Hamburg, I decided to pursue a three-year course as a coach and trainer at the Core Dynamik Institute (certified by the German Association for Coaching and Training). Besides my job as personnel manager. Because it is my passion. Today, I advise and accompany colleagues who have set themselves the goal of further developing themselves both professionally and personally. I also love discovering the world. Hiking in Brazil, working in Canada, surfing in Morocco and studying in the USA, Hong Kong and the Netherlands always open up fresh and new perspectives for me. Today I carry a well-filled suitcase with versatile methods and approaches that I can use according to my needs and wishes.
