Concept Summary

BUILD TO LAST

The concept centers around the overarching theme of ‘building lifecycle’, addressing a key issue of the construction industry. At its core is the campaign ‘Schüco Value Up – Upgrading Existing Structures’. Visitors are welcomed at the entrance by a striking media sculpture conveying the key message. Inside the Arena – the open central area of the booth – the campaign continues across large media screens and is brought to life through compelling exhibits focused on building within existing structures.

An open, orthogonal layout of the product areas ensures clear navigation throughout the spacious booth and its themed zones, creating an atmosphere that is both strongly technology-driven and inviting to explore. Impressive two-story façades, windows, doors, and systems serve as interactive exhibits as well as integral elements of the booth’ architecture. Numerous service stations provide in-depth insights through direct dialog with experts.

Built to last – the presentation is designed to leave a lasting impression through a welcoming brand space and an accessible introduction to complex products and technologies, focused on the highly topical issue of the ‘building lifecycle’. Importantly, it also incorporates a comprehensive set of measures ensuring a sustainable trade fair presence.
