At Expo 2025 Osaka, Kuwait presents itself with the Visionary Lighthouse Pavilion in the “Empowering Lives” zone. The concept places people at the center and positions Kuwait as a bridge between cultural heritage, social diversity, and future visions.

The idea: a thematic exhibition that makes education, culture, and community tangible. Visitors embark on an immersive journey – from maritime trade and pearl diving, to the resilience of desert life, to a forward-looking vision of sustainability and empowerment.

Implementation merges architecture, scenography, and technology into a coherent dramaturgy. A shimmering pearl opens a 4D experience of Kuwait’s seafaring past, multisensory spaces bring heritage to life, and interactive zones highlight the diversity of modern Kuwait. The climax is the dome projection in the Visionary Lighthouse Dome: guests whisper their wishes into interactive orbs, which transform into shooting stars and merge into a collective constellation of futures.

The result is more than an exhibition – it is a cultural event that combines storytelling with participation and creates an emotional bond with Kuwait’s identity and values.
