DACHSER - General Leadership Meeting 2021 Petra Lammers (CD): “The very special thing about the event was that we told a story introducing the new CEO and his team. It was our job to develop a strategic storytelling and introducing the new managing team. With narrative, sustainable and emotional. A digital event, that interactively initiates a new, more agile culture.” We decided for 5 settings – associative contexts – that in its narrative connect the values of the family with the operative and vision. With dynamic camera movements, scenic transitions, media and special interaction and AR stresses, we stage all protagonists dynamic and individual in their context – and create the basis for the strategy and communicative culture of the upcoming year. Also we developed our interactive platform specifically for the event. It offers a home for the guests and an interactive, visually extending framework. In the evening it was about showing respect to the sites, the network, in a three dimensional, emotionally staged award ceremony, with an interactive floor projection, performers, lighting, video and the applause of the digital guests interactively transmitted into the space. During the second day we addressed the future, the new strategic paths. The precisely staged effect of the protagonists, the interaction of the guests, the strategic settings, the way and idea of addressing the future – they become the starting signal for an integral communication process. Not just an event – but a relevant element for strategic storytelling overall.
