Artlife
I am delighted to be part of the BrandEx Award jury. In our events industry, we work with great passion to create moments that inspire, surprise and are remembered for a long time. The focus is on the experiences themselves – not on the people who make them possible through creativity, courage and countless hours of work. This makes the BrandEx Award all the more valuable, as it gives precisely these teams the recognition they deserve.
For me, serving on the jury is also a real privilege. Where else do you get to see the most exciting and creative projects of the year presented all in one place? It’s inspiring to see just how much innovative potential there is in our industry. I’m looking forward to discovering these ideas and, together with the other jury members, honouring the most outstanding work.
Actually, I’d only intended to get a brief taste of the events industry. Almost 25 years later, I’m still here – because my passion for extraordinary experiences has never left me.
My journey began in 2002 with an internship at artlife – originally intended as a stopover before starting a degree that was supposed to take me in a completely different direction. But the events industry had me hooked from day one. An internship turned into a passion and eventually a life story.
In January, I’ll be celebrating my ‘silver anniversary’ with artlife, meaning I’ve now been part of the company for more than half my life. I’ve grown with artlife – and artlife has grown with me to some extent. To this day, I’m still inspired by the diversity of our industry – and the chance to work with brilliant teams to create experiences that leave a lasting impression on people.
