In 2020 we can expect something big and new with the BrandEx format. The joy of being part of the jury is correspondingly great. I look forward to the certainly creative and individual concepts with excitement, especially with regard to the sustainable approaches, which for the first time will find their way into the overall ranking.
Stephanie Forstner, sustainability officer and unit manager at lemonpie Event-& Messecatering, has always been associated with culinary and environmental issues.
After studying German language and literature and philosophy, she was fascinated by wine and completed her training as a sommelier. After years of training and travelling she discovered her love for events and what could be better than to join one of Germany’s leading event caterers in project management. For more than 8 years now, she has been working on the topic of sustainability and its implementation in all processes and structures. Together with her team she continues to accompany many exciting events.
Furthermore, she is a spokeswoman for the sustainability project group of the FAMAB Kommunikationsverband e. V. (communication association).
