Robert Sarga began his professional career after studying business administration at the Mannheim University of Cooperative Education in the marketing department of the printing press manufacturer Albert-Frankenthal AG, Frankenthal.
1987 Joined BASF SE, Ludwigshafen, central communications department. 1995 to 1997 development of global market communications at BASF Drucksysteme GmbH, Stuttgart. 1997 transferred to plastics communications at BASF SE; project management of the plastics trade fair. 1998 Head of global market communications for colorants, finishing products, fine chemicals. 2000 Head of the “BASF Group Trade Fairs and Exhibitions” unit. Since 2004, Head of the Media and Communications Service Center, Ludwigshafen.

– AUMA, Berlin (representing BASF’s interests in the Exhibition and Trade Fair Committee of German Industry);
Member of the Trade Fair Transparency Working Group
– FAMAB, ADAM jury 2003, 2004, 2010, 2011; 2010 and 2011 (jury spokesman);
