Michael Veidt-Molzberger has been managing director and founder of the independent creative office for live communication FEDERFREI in Cologne for 11 years. The office conceives and stages live experiences in the areas of event, incentive, promotion, classic sales promotion and sponsoring. Prior to this, he worked for 4 years as Creative Director in one of the largest agencies for live communication in Germany. He studied at the German Sport University, Cologne. His path led him via Böhr & Roos (agency for brand staging), where he looked after clients such as Hasseröder, SUPER RTL and Rotkäppchen Sekt, via the marketing department of FC Schalke 04 (consultant for VICTORIA, SINALCO, among others) and the Bob Bombliz Group (today BBDO Live) to kogag (AUDI, BMW, Henkel, TOSHIBA, among others) in Solingen. Today his freelance creative office FEDERFREI advises, designs and stages for large and small live communication agencies (including brands such as BAYER, Telefonica, IKEA, L’OREAL) and in many cases also takes over the direction on site. As a lecturer he has worked for the German Sports University, the treibhaus 08, the Design Academy, Berlin, the IMK, Düsseldorf, the Management Circle, the German Press Academy and the TU Chemnitz.
