One thing is for sure: There is only an understanding for issues and goods as well as services when these are offered to the customer in an experience-orientated way. In the fast-moving scope of a surge of information and communication it is absolutely necessary to create real experiences for the customer. As part of the ARCHITECTURE jury I represent a passionate and motivating exchange. Coming from a strongly criticized and competition-orientated sector with no LoveBrand, I will enable perspective changes to excel outstanding brand experiences and call for a conscious discourse with courageous decisions. I am looking forward to a fair procedure.
Annika May Boldt studied communication and media management with a focus on sports and events in Hamburg and chose conception as advanced training. To get a varied insight into the potential of live experiences as well as customer expectations, her career started on the agency side in order to assume the responsibility for the division of live communication at Hermes Germany GmbH on the company side today. Her expertise allowed her to achieve an integral understanding for the necessity of live communication and within the highly dynamic environment of e-commerce with its constantly growing expectations she defines new measures for the customer (externally/internally).
